I am the Head Coach and Director of Growing Golf, a coaching provider in the South East. I design and oversee all of the companies coaching programmes and also deliver individual coaching plans and programmes specific to elite junior players. Each programme is specific to the individual and detailed feedback is given after each lesson. My coaching methods mean each player improves ?their own? technique and maximises their potential via clear instruction and feedback. I also do numerous on course lessons which provide a realistic assessment of each players game.
